TYR Catalyst® Stroke Training Paddles

Engineered for swimmers of all levels, the TYR Catalyst® Stroke Training Paddles are designed to enhance stroke efficiency, build upper-body strength, and reinforce proper technique. Shaped to follow the natural form of an athlete’s palm, these paddles create a more natural and comfortable swim experience during training.

The clear paddle surface allows swimmers and coaches to easily assess hand positioning throughout the stroke, helping improve mechanics and maximize propulsion. Ideal for technique-focused drills and strength-building sets, the Catalyst paddles support progressive swim development.

Constructed with durable K-Resin® material, the paddles offer excellent impact resistance while maintaining the right balance of flexibility and control. Equipped with silicone tubing and multiple gridded lacing options, they provide a secure, customizable fit for a wide range of hand sizes.

This patent-pending design is available in seven sizes (XXS–XXL), making it suitable for youth swimmers through elite athletes.
